Shipping & Returns

All IN-STOCK supply and equipment orders are processed and shipped within 24-hours of receipt by Sentry Stainless. You should allow an additional 7-10 business days for items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please be sure to allow for FedEx ground shipping when calculating total shipping time.

RETURNS: Shortages must be reported within 48 hours. Please call us within 72 hours if the products are not what you wanted to obtain an RMA. All items are subject to 25% restocking fee. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNOPENED OTHERWISE THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED.

All Next day & 2nd Day orders must be placed by 2:00pm EST. in order to be shipped that day.
 

Freight

Express Surgical offers free freight on orders greater than $150.00 within the 48 contiguous states, unless noted for special items. For orders outside the 48 contiguous states call our customer service for arrangements. A charge will be added to orders less than $150.00.

Security

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you provide us. At the checkout page you will see a closed lock or a solid key at the bottom of your browser. If you click on the symbol, a popup window displaying security information will appear. This certificate is a guarantee that your account information is being transmitted in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Shopping Cart

Account information regarding your shopping cart items is stored in browser cookies, not by Express Surgical.

Confirmation of Order Receipt

Once your order is a processed you will receive two forms of confirmation from Sentry.

1. Once your order is a processed, a confirmation will appear on your computer screen. Information included will be confirmation number and  the amount charged to your credit card.
2. Confirmation will also be sent to your email address. If you do not receive one of these confirmations, please contact us.
